78 KITCHEN AND SANITARY FACILITIES AT THE GRAZEN SITE

The municipality of Geetbets currently lacks a multifunctional space equipped with an industrial kitchen and suitable sanitary facilities so that various functions (meetings, celebrations, experiences, etc.) can be held there.
The construction and furnishing of a kitchen and sanitary facilities adjacent to the Grazen Community Centre would solve this problem. It would increase user-friendliness and enhance the appeal of the building for the various target groups. It can be used for club activities as well as its own cultural and leisure activities and private events. The general aim is also to improve the overall image of the region so that youth groups from the region and surrounding areas can meet in the adjacent “De Poel” youth hall. Over the long term, the municipality envisages a project for facilities on the Grazen site where the construction and furnishing of the kitchen and sanitary facilities will form phase 1 of the conceptual whole.
