21 WINE LABORATORY COOPERATIVE
Hageland+There are a great number of wine producers In the Hageland. The currently don’t have the resources needed to measure quality during the wine-making process. The aim of this project is to enhance the quality of Hageland wine and to improve the local identity of Hageland as a wine-growing region. This will be achieved by setting up a cooperative wine laboratory that all Hageland wine producers can use to analyse samples throughout the whole process from harvest to bottling. Wine producers will thus be able to decide on the ideal time for harvesting and be able to monitor the wine making process closely. This knowledge will help wine producers come up with better products.
